    Hello

I am currently taking part in an internship. I was just wondering about a few things. On my first day i was given a company handbook and confidentiality agreement to sign. I did not receive a contract to sign, should i have received one ? I can never contact my local social welfare office because the office is closed during my lunch break and when i finish in the evening to ask these questions.
I took a day off as a day holiday on 10/12/14 when i came in the next day i had an email asking me to change my hours from 9:00-17:30 to 9:30-18:00. for the month of December. Should i have received more notice on this ?
On Christmas eve i was doing a normal working day and i was informed that all other customer service staff were doing split shifts, When my supervisor was asked what time i was finished at she said id have to stay all day to monitor the social media. I did not mind this but she left around 3 pm and I was left in the office on my own monitoring the social media. There were no supervisors or management around at this time if there was a major issue on social media i would have nobody of higher Archy to turn to as other member of staff around were customer service agents .
I applied for a Marketing position but i am doing a customer service role. I am also left to correct the mistake made by a higher member of staff and approved by five staff members and i have been told i will receive help at this, a few weeks later still waiting for this help. Lately i really feel like i am been used by the company and doing all the dirty work they do not want to do.

I am looking forward to hearing back from you
    Kind regards
    Aisling Dunican.
