Burst watermain Copper Cross, Ballingarry
South Tipperary County Council wishes to inform consumers in the following areas that they will be without a water supply until late this evening. This is due to a burst watermain at Copper Cross, Ballingarry.
Ballingarry, Glengall, Ballintaggart, Ballincurry, Garrynoe, Copper and surrounding areas.
South Tipperary County Council regrets any inconvenience caused.

Clonmel Borough Council wishes to advise consumers that there will be interruptions to the water supply to facilitate essential watermian works from 4.00p.m to 8.p.m on Wednesday 23rd November in the following areas:
Ard Gaoithe Drive
Ard Gaoithe Close
Ard Gaoithe Avenue
Heywood Drive
Ard Caoin
Cashel Close
Cashel Court
Love Lane Close
Ard na Sidhe

Tipp FM is reporting that a number of areas in the county have been badly affected by the heavy rain so far over the weekend. There were reports of flash flooding on most secondary roads across the county. Parts of Clerihan and Poulmucka in particular suffered from the adverse weather conditions. The Poulmucka/Clerihan road is still said to be impassible. Council workers have issued sand bags to residents after flood waters rose in the area ealrlier today.
Cllr McGee reports that there is lots of surface water and flooding in places on the Clonmel to Dungarvan road, please take it handy as on the dark roads it’s impossible to see the water.
